CLAM creates homes in a number of ways–from Real Community Rentals to CLAM-owned rentals to home ownerships on the land trust model.

Ecological stewardship is woven into CLAM’s mission and plays an integral role in CLAM’s work.

CLAM’s advocacy work with community members and organizations has resulted in policy wins locally and statewide.

One way that generosity to CLAM and the community occurs is through legacy giving, usually in the form of a gift—of an asset such as property, or cash— to a nonprofit in a person’s will, to be given after the person’s death.
