The Community Land Trust Association of West Marin plans to offer housing to several of the ranch’s 12 families on the county-owned lot at Sixth and B Streets, where it will soon place tiny homes. 

Thanks to this community’s inspiring generosity, we met our 2025 fundraising goal! This year showed that West Marin values keeping families housed, supporting essential workers, and building solutions together.

The Community Land Trust Association of West Marin, a small nonprofit facing a massive housing challenge, has located enough units for over half the 40 families facing displacement from West Marin ranches, and it has targeted several more that it hopes to soon add to its pipeline.

The Coast Guard housing project in Point Reyes has been awarded $11,553,640 from the Joe Serna, Jr. Farmworker Housing Grant (FWHG) Program through the State’s Multifamily Finance Super NOFA (MFSN).
